CHALLENGE

Increase sales of Koala's online shop. Increase traffic to the physical pet shops. Increase bookings for the dog hotel by increasing traffic and retention on the website. 

SOLUTIONS

In the case of the Koala Mascotas chain of shops, we established a joint strategy between ecommerce with the opening of a blog that attacks informative searches and introducing quality content in each of the product categories to help positioning. We also reorganised the filters, categories and onpage SEO optimisation to improve the user experience.

With regard to Google My Business, a joint strategy has been developed between dedicated web-url per shop with GMB in order to improve the positioning of each shop's listing for proximity searches and to improve physical customer traffic.

With regard to the Hotel Canino, the number of users per month has increased from just over 50 to more than 800 users per month.

RESULTS

Increased e-commerce traffic and sales due to commercial keyword positioning of product categories. Increased in-store traffic through established local SEO strategies by leveraging the map listing (Google My Business). Bookings to 100% at the Canine Hotel produced by gaining new volume commercial keywords and positioning them at the top of the first page of Google.
